All of the following terms and conditions must be looked through & agreed upon sign-up. This program reserves the right to terminate any account that is disobeying this agreement.

1. Only one account is allowed for every person or company.
2. This program will pay you 50% of all sign ups that you make, including recurring.
3. This program statistics are accumulated Sunday through Saturday. Payments are mailed weekly. You will only be sent a check if your account balance is at least $25. Payment will be carried over to the next pay period until your account has reached at least $25.
4. You may post as many banners on your site as you wish. If you want to make your own banners, please get our approval first.
5. You must use only the banners we provide for this program and serve these banners from your server; blind links, text links, consoles are ok to use. Falsification and/or bandwidth theft will result in the immediate cancellation of the account from which the hits were sent and the forfeiture of all funds owed to that account. 
6. The action of sending any hits from any URLs which contain and/or promote the following content, programs or linking practices will result in the immediate cancellation of the account from which the hits were sent and the forfeiture of any funds owed to that account: child pornography, beastialty, warez, password selling or trading, newsgroup postings and spam e-mails.
7. Sponsors whose account has been terminated by this program MUST email us if they wish to re-signup for our program. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of ALL monies accumulated from the new account. 
8. A functional username and password must be provided upon request for all password protected URLs of a sponsor's site which have sent hits to the program. The username password combination must remain functional throughout the term of the sponsor's membership to this program. Failure to provide a functional username and password within 48 hours of request will result in the termination of that sponsor's account and also may result in the forfeiture of any funds owed to that account.
9. This program will not be held responsible for loss due to downtimes resulting from complications with your hosting equipment or technical errors. 
10. We reserve the right to cancel this program at any time, without prior notification. In such cases you will be notified immediately and paid for ALL funds. 
11. Accumulated up to that point in time, except in cases where it is determined you have cheated by violating this agreement in anyway YOU WILL NOT BE PAID!! 
12. This program reserves the right to terminate your account if it is idle for more then 30 days. In such cases you will be notified in advance. 
13. We reserve the right to deny any prospective sponsor admittance into our program for any reason, based on the content of their website or for any other reason. 
14. We reserve the right to change the payout rate with a 7 day notice. 
15. All funds are paid by check in U.S. funds by a 3rd party, CCBill.
